At Alaala, your memories are sacred.
Your content belongs to you
Every photo, video, story, and timeline entry you upload is yours. You can export all of it as a ZIP file at any time from your admin dashboard. We never claim ownership of your content.
Encrypted & private
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Memorial pages are only accessible to people you choose. We back up your data in three separate locations to prevent any loss.
We never sell your data
We don't sell, share, or use your personal information or memorial content for advertising, AI training, or any purpose other than providing our service to you.
Deletion & control
You can request deletion of your memorial and all associated data at any time. Deletions have a 30-day cooling-off period to prevent accidents, after which all data is permanently removed.
Service continuity
Your memorial is designed to last. Even if billing pauses, your memorial remains accessible in read-only mode. We maintain continuity plans to ensure your memories are preserved long-term.
